Is Hearts Academy Fort Payne Accredited?

No, Hearts Academy Fort Payne is not an accredited school—and accreditation is not required under Alabama homeschool law.

Because Hearts Academy is a hybrid homeschool tutorial program, parents remain the legal educators of record. You are homeschooling under the Private School at Home option, which allows full independence and does not require enrollment in an accredited institution.
We provide a structured, Christ-centered academic program with two days of instruction and optional enrichment, but you are responsible for submitting a simple enrollment letter to your local school district and maintaining basic records (like attendance and immunizations). Alabama law supports this model, and accreditation is not needed for legal homeschool compliance.
