All classes are the normal one hour except Math classes.

Math classes are an hour and half.

2-day Option

4-day Option ​​

• Tuition Full Day (5 classes)  $5200 includes lunch hour

• 10-month payment plans available = $520 monthly​

NEW: Four Full-Day Elective Add-On (Begins After Christmas 2025)

Families may now extend the weekly schedule by adding one or two elective classes after the regular half-day schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Students choosing this add-on will:

• Attend Lunch & Chapel after their normal class time

• Join their selected elective class(es)

• Have an adjusted pick-up time based on how many electives they choose

Art Class

• Time: 1:30–2:30

• Time: 2:30–3:30

• Teacher: Ms. Wallace

Elective Pricing

• One elective: +$75/month per student

  • Pick-up: 2:30 PM

• Two electives: +$150/month per student

  • Pick-up: 3:30 PM (regular dismissal)

 

Additional elective options may be added for the 2026–2027 school year.

Pre K Classes

• Enrollment Fee $120

• Tuition $1700.00

• 10-month payment plans available = $170.00 monthly​

Early Drop Off 

Early Drop-Off (7:30 AM – Class Start Time)
For families needing an earlier start to the day, we offer supervised early drop-off beginning at 7:30 AM.

• Cost: $500/year per student

This is an optional service and can be selected during enrollment.

Fees

• FACTS BILLING FEE- A fee of $55.00 (if 10 monthly payments are chosen) or $25.00 (if 1 full payment is chosen)  per family will be charged by the FACTS billing system once you set up your payment plan.​

• NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE (not for returning families)- A fee of $25.00 per NEW student for application is due at time of application. ​

  • Tshirt-$20.00​

  • Long Sleeve T-Shirt $25.00

  • Kids Hoodie- $35.00

  • Crew Neck Sweatshirt- $40.00

All students are required to wear the uniform and any jackets must be hearts academy uniform. You may where pants of choice as long as they abide by dress code.

• Lunch Fees-Daily lunch costs are $5.00 - $7.00 per lunch. You pre-order your lunches on our Family portal login.

• **Please note: Lunches CAN NOT be ordered the day of or at school. Please make sure the order is placed before the school day to be served.**
