To participate in our program, each family follows these simple steps:

• Submit a Letter to your local school superintendent within 5 days of the public school year starting. This notifies them that your child is enrolled in a private school at home.

• Keep Attendance Records (minimum 140 instructional days). You don’t submit them unless requested

• Maintain Immunization or Exemption Records at home. These are only shown if asked.

Hearts Academy provides structure, instruction, and support—but does not report enrollment to the state or file legal documents on your behalf.
